Took a little break and rode the breezer mountain bike around.  I forget how close we are to ideal surroundings to clean out the mind.  When I got home, the wife and boys actually rallied up to go for another bike ride using the tandem.  It was too dark and we were all too sweaty to take any decent pictures.

I've got to remember to get out more,
even for short bursts.
